ZZZleepandGo S.r.l. is a limited liability company with registered office in Via della Repubblica 26, 18100 Imperia (IM), share capital € 1,000,000.00, registered with the Companies Register of the C.C.I.A.A. Riviere di Liguria — Imperia, La Spezia, VAT number 03432410128 (the “Operator”).

1. Introduction

The information available on the website www.ostelzzz.com (the “Site”) is provided in Italian and in English. The Site allows beds and rooms to be booked at the hostels under the Ostelzzz brand. Acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “T&C”) and of the sale conditions of the rate booked (the “Specific Conditions”) takes place at the time of booking: without such acceptance it is not possible to proceed.

2. Subject

The T&C set out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the distance booking of the services offered by the Operator through the Site.

3. Bookings

A maximum of 12 beds or rooms may be booked per single booking. Guests must be of legal age to complete a booking; minors staying at the hostels must be accompanied by an adult. Guests are responsible for choosing the services and for their suitability to their own needs.

4. Booking process

The process consists of the following steps:

• searching for the property and choosing a bed or room and the rate;
• entering the guest's details;
• entering a credit card as a guarantee, unless the rate provides otherwise;
• reviewing and accepting the details, the total price, the T&C and the Specific Conditions;
• confirming the booking.

5. Booking confirmation

The Site confirms receipt of the booking with an email to the address given by the guest, containing a summary of the offer, the prices, the applicable sale conditions, the booking date and the address of the property.

6. Cancellation or change

How to cancel or change a booking is set out in the Specific Conditions of the rate chosen. If the stay is cut short, the whole agreed amount is charged. Prepaid rates are non-refundable. Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

7. Stay

On arrival guests may be asked to show a valid identity document and to fill in the public security form. Guests undertake to use the facilities in compliance with the law and with the house rules. Unless otherwise stated, the room must be vacated by 11:00 on the last day of the booking: otherwise an additional night will be charged.

8. Liability of the Operator

The Operator is not liable for the failed or incorrect execution of a booking due to force majeure or to facts attributable to third parties or to the guest (unavailability of the internet connection, impossibility to access the Site, payment not authorised). Should the Operator be unable to provide the booked services, it will offer the guest a full refund of the amount paid or alternative accommodation of a similar category and quality.

9. Force majeure

Force majeure means any unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties that prevents the performance of the contractual obligations. The occurrence of such events suspends the mutual obligations.

10. Prices

Prices are shown in euro during the booking process and summarised in the confirmation email. They are per room or per bed, for the number of people and for the dates selected, and include VAT at the rate in force. They do not include the city tax, which must be paid directly to the property.

11. Payment

At the time of booking a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) is requested as a guarantee, except for special rates with advance payment. The charge is made during the stay, except for prepaid rates. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the amount of the first night will be charged as a penalty.

12. Privacy

For the processing of personal data please refer to the privacy policy and to the cookie policy of the Site, as well as to the notice provided during the online booking.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The T&C are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, save for mandatory consumer protection rules.

15. Validity, language and changes

If any clause is void, the validity of the others is not affected. The original language of the T&C is Italian and it prevails over any translation. The Operator may amend the T&C at any time: bookings already made remain governed by the version accepted at the time of booking.
